About Us

I sailed solo from San Diego to Hawaii on a 30 foot boat, knowing I probably wouldn’t make it. I wasn’t happy, so I came to ride waves until I figured things out. Then I came upon a yoga teacher who changed my life. Now I am filled with constant joy, and I want to give that back. Everything on this site is completely free.
